Nike Town

This lovely client worked for Nike for 32 years! While employed there, she got to travel the world, and picked up a collection of incredible t-shirts along the way.

These two quilts, made from worldwide Nike t-shirts, will be given to her children. The memory the t-shirts represent is important to my client, and she felt that, in her words, her kids “would probably toss out a bunch of t-shirts after [she] passed but a quilt will hold much more meaning.”

It brings me joy that this client specifically sought out an Oregon local business, and chose my work specifically after a long online search. I love working with locals, too, and I am so happy to help clients tell their life stories through memory quilts!
