52 Years

A celebration of a long career, this quilt is made with 156 ties, arranged in 52 rows, with one for each year my customer worked! He had a long and fabulous career selling new cars and owned his own car dealerships.

While he was working, these ties showed off his sense of style and fun, and now they show both that and the incredible commitment he had to his career. I’m not sure how he was able to choose just one tie to wear each day—these are all just too much fun!
