Coach Walker
When local Lava Bears Football coaching legend Craig Walker
retired, he wanted a local quilter to commemorate his twenty-three
seasons of coaching with a memory quilt.
During his tenure, Coach Walker guided the Lava Bears to eight
Intermountain Conference titles and five state quarterfinal
appearances. But more than that, Coach Walker taught generations
of young men to play with Total Release: a mindset of service,
selflessness, and self-worth.
What an honor it was to commemorate a career well spent with a
personalized memory quilt.
